All balloon bouquets Tulare Balloons delivers include Ultra High Float® in the latex balloons and mylar (foil) balloons are heat sealed to last for an extended time period. *Delivery is included in the price as listed. (*in city limits)

All Balloon bouquets are weighted down with a bag of hard candy. Hershey Kisses® may be substituted for additional charge of $5.00.
